An issue affecting multiple users sneaked past beta testing into a previous release. This hotfix has now been released for all users to fix the problem. Thanks to everyone who reported the issue and tested it on beta. The bugfixes include fixing distorted images in the encyclopedia, crashes when opening specific encyclopedia entries, such as ‘Integrity Fields’, and reverted an older version of the bundled SDL2_image library on Windows. This hotfix is now available for all users.
