According to IGN Video Games, EA has expressed interest in releasing sports franchises like Madden and FIFA on the Nintendo Switch 2. The company’s CEO Andrew Wilson mentioned these games as having the potential to find ‘real energy’ on the platform. Additionally, The Sims was also cited as a game that could do well on the console. While EA has released legacy versions of FIFA on the Switch in the past, it is expected that FC 26 will be closer to the version on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC due to the Switch 2’s increased power. Fans can look forward to a variety of third-party titles coming to the console, including Hollow Knight: Silksong. Nintendo has also announced a new Mario Kart game, which is expected to be revealed in an upcoming Nintendo Direct in April.
