The patch is currently available on the beta branch, which is for testing experimental changes and finding and fixing errors. To access the beta branch, right-click on Avorion in your Steam list, go to Properties, select Betas, and choose the ‘Beta Branch – Newest Changes & Experimental Features’ option. The patch includes fixes for issues with cargo bay patterns, alternate hull patterns, armor patterns, photo mode, rift missions, color identification, and creative mode command center. Players can now set the field of view slider in steps of 5 instead of 10, and an issue with setting the field of view slider to zero has been fixed. Overall, this patch improves the game’s stability and functionality.
