DeadPoly, the polygon arcade zombie survival looter shooter with base building, crafting, scavenging, leveling, questing and more, announces its full release.

The game will leave Early Access and launch as a Full Release on January 12, 2027. While exiting Early Access, the title will continue to receive regular quality‑of‑life updates. The developer thanks the community for their patience and acknowledges that the game is still far from finished.

Key new features include a complete face revamp for all characters, the introduction of rescuable survivors who can be brought back to the player’s base and assigned tasks, and a new faction system that rewards reputation with vendor discounts, exclusive quests and camp improvements. Vendors have been reworked to sell faction‑specific items that reflect NPC and task status. New tools expand building and crafting possibilities, while the horde AI system has been overhauled to support over 1,000 zombies on‑screen with improved navigation and perception.

A comprehensive crop TLC pass adds seeds, many more crop types and new uses for harvested crops. Liquid containers can now be swapped, cleaned and repurposed for different liquids, and can be filled from lakes or the ocean using purifying tablets and desalinators. The game also adds a large influx of gun accessories and parts, and a vehicle TLC pass that rebalances power, speed and acceleration, adds more vehicles, towing capability and extensive parts customization.

The World Garden City interior and exterior have been overhauled, filling previously empty buildings and polishing both interiors and exteriors for a better survival experience. Performance optimizations have been applied to core AI rendering and perception systems, reducing bottlenecks when large numbers of entities are present.

Bug fixes address empty building interiors, performance bottlenecks, liquid container handling, vendor functionality, tool availability, vehicle physics and general stability across the newly added systems.
