Don't Starve Together Expansion Released with New Features and Free Content

Klei Entertainment has announced the release of a new standalone multiplayer expansion for Don't Starve, titled Don't Starve Together. This update introduces fresh gameplay mechanics, additional content, and several improvements to enhance the cooperative survival experience.
Players can now Fight, Farm, Build, and Explore Together in this latest iteration of the critically acclaimed wilderness survival game. The expansion features:
- New Item Management: Items retrieved from the giant whirlpool are grouped into a single pile for easier access through rummaging.
- Puzzle Room Addition: A new puzzle room has replaced one of the Fountain rooms in the Sanctum, adding depth to exploration and gameplay.
- Ruins and Relics: Ruins and Sanctum Relics can now be used as decorative furniture, allowing players to customize their bases with unique items.
- New Creature: The Geothermite creature has been introduced in the Fumarole biome, bringing new challenges to players.
Additionally, this update introduces a login reward: the “Bearger Fur Roll” skin for the Fur Roll. Players who log into the game can claim this cosmetic item immediately upon release.
The expansion also includes new methods to present hidden lore content, such as comics and other interesting formats, providing players with periodic updates on the game's rich narrative.
