Fraymakers Introduces New Auto-Hurtboxer Tool and Enhanced Features

October 03, 2025 - Today, the Fraymakers team is excited to announce a significant update to their popular customizable platform fighting game. The new FrayTools v0.4.0 update brings powerful tools and quality-of-life improvements to players and creators alike.

Fraymakers is the ultimate customizable platform fighting game, featuring a cast of some of indie gaming's biggest icons. Duke it out with up to 4 players and call on assists to help out in the heat of battle. Create and play custom characters, stages, modes, and more for infinite fun!

With this update, players will find:

• New Auto-Hurtboxer (K-Means) tool: Users can now choose between 1 to 5 hurtboxes for their character sprites using the K-Means algorithm.
• Enhanced stage functionality: Players can unselect symbols by clicking off or pressing escape.
• Timeline improvements: A color change for tween frames enhances readability.

An existing Auto-Hurtboxer (Simple) option remains available as a fallback, functioning similarly to the K-Means version with 1 box selected. These updates empower creators to craft more dynamic and engaging characters and stages.
