Gatekeeper Receives Major Update with Bug Fixes and QoL Improvements

September 20, 2025 - Today, Gatekeeper, the thrilling rogue-like game where players fight to reclaim the Heart of Time, has received a significant update. Version 1.0.0.10 brings numerous bug fixes and quality-of-life enhancements to enhance gameplay.
Gatekeeper allows players to either embark on a solo quest or team up with three friends in co-op mode to battle relentless enemy forces and become the next Gatekeeper. This update introduces several changes, including an expanded Aurora - Runewood area with new passages, removing time slow in solo mode during specific choices, and adding more noticeable visual effects when Fractal triggers.
New features include improved readability of achievement descriptions in the lobby, adjustable scene brightness in video settings, and task panel updates showing totem charge percentages. Additionally, players can now revive their gravestone upon reconnecting after disconnecting while dead, and Aegis projectiles will now follow a set direction without adjusting to enemy positions.
Hybrid's Replicant Passive skill has been reworked to restore health instantly upon the first death with visual effects. Bug fixes include addressing Bastion's damage bonus against stunned enemies, correcting Omni stone returns in Emporium, and ensuring players' HP bars update immediately after moving locations or spawning.
Other improvements address Triad descriptions in Emporium, Karma damage reflection, Purifier Core pricing (pending confirmation), Arcanum's Bounty functionality in arenas, and invisible enemy visibility on the minimap. Tech Hunter’s grenade issue has also been resolved.
