Alaska's most thrilling gold rush just got a whole new lease on life with the latest updates to Gold Mining Simulator. The game has unveiled significant bug fixes and celebrated the conclusion of Season 40, an anniversary season packed with extra rewards.
Celebrating Season 40
Season 40 was a special celebration for players who braved the elements and risked it all to strike gold. The season has ended, but the memories-and rewards-will last forever. Congratulations to all the winners of Season 40, whose hard work and skill have been rewarded with exclusive in-game items:
- Heavy Escavator Tiger skin for Top 50 on DLC Leaderboard.
- Bulldozer Hot Rod skin for Top 10 on non-DLC Leaderboard.
- Cosmic Shovel for Crate Challenge - 22 Crates.
- Gems & Glory DLC codes for TOP #5 in each leaderboards category.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
This update focuses on enhancing player experience through several bug fixes:
- Restored fast travel using pad.
- Workers now empty all 4 sluicebox grates.
- AFK players won't fall under the map in Waterfall Valley.
- Dirt is visible on the shovel on low settings.
- Malfunction indicator for quad added back.
- Huge Excavator textures remain intact post-save reload.
- Mouse cursor no longer obstructs pad rebinds.
- Displaced roadsigns render correctly now.
