September 10, 2025 - Today, the developers of Last Epoch have released an extensive update to the game, introducing new features and addressing various bugs that players encountered. This update enhances gameplay mechanics and ensures a smoother experience for all fans of the action RPG.
New Features:
- Tornado: Aspect of the Storm now displays as a buff icon while active.
- The Ruptured Corpse node for Bone Curse features a new dedicated sound effect when enemies explode.
- Blood Splatter skill from Carrion of Creation has unique audio added.
- Soul Feast cast sound slightly turned down to improve game balance.
- Lagon now giggles upon defeat in the main campaign, adding a touch of humor.
- UI sound effect for the 'sort' button in player inventory re-implemented.
Bug Fixes:
- Sentinels Abyssal Echoes: Corrected mana efficiency granted by Abyssal Dispersion node to 20% per point.
- Judgement nodes now correctly consume and apply damage based on allocated Symbols of Sacrifice points.
- Shield Bash's Splintering Blow node no longer removes block chance beyond cooldown recovery when enemies are stunned.
- Vengeance's Blade Paladin node applies to Ignites from Iron Blades when converted to Fire via Flaming Sword.
- Rogue Aerial Assault issues with Featherstorm timing and Falcon behavior have been resolved.
