Mars First Logistics Launches Major Update with New Contracts and Languages
    Date: September 26, 2025
After over two years of Early Access and five years in total development, Mars First Logistics has released its latest update, version 1.0. This update brings a wealth of new features to players, including 10 new contracts with a puzzle focus, which introduce an entirely new area for exploration.
The game now supports translations into seven additional languages: French, German, Dutch, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Russian, and Brazilian Portuguese. Players can now experience the Martian adventure in their preferred language.
Among the new features is a virtual port system as part of an enhanced automation feature set. This allows for more complex interactions between different parts of rovers. Additionally, players will find several new components to experiment with, such as automation gates (Relay, Switch, Sensor, AND Gate, NOT Gate), movement parts (Gimbal, Gravity Suppressor, Levitating Actuator, Heavy Duty Jack, Auxillary Thruster), and cosmetic parts (Grille, 15 Degree Bend, 45 Degree Bend, Wedge 2x1). The total part count has now reached 108.
Other notable updates include mid-position start states for Telescoping Cylinder and Rail Slide, the ability to activate/deactivate Magnetic Wheels with a visual effect, a Configure Controls Tab that offers an overview of all part channels, new music tracks, achievements, and an intro animation. Players can now access the developer console through the controls settings tab instead of relying on a separate setting.
Bug fixes have addressed issues such as the camera going under mud, preventing transmitters from being placed too close to stations, reducing explosive sensitivity, and removing the 'enable developer console' setting in favor of key binding through controls settings.
