Updates and Fixes

• Item Management: The addition of support for items that cannot be mailed by the server, along with enhanced logging to assist GMs in tracking player items across mail, storages, and drops, ensures better item integrity and reduces potential issues related to item transfers.
• Arena Mechanics: Arena maps now ensure fair competition, as players who drop items on these maps will have priority pick-up for a fixed time. Additionally, the player who defeats another player with a drop-on-death item will always have first pick of it, enhancing the fairness and excitement of combat.
• Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed an issue where Simplified Chinese was represented by the wrong flag.
  • Resolved a bug allowing players to be added to the same team twice, preventing any potential game disruptions.
