Risk of Rain 2 New Expansion Alloyed Collective Launches November 18, 2025

Prepare for an intense new challenge with the upcoming expansion Alloyed Collective in Risk of Rain 2. Set to launch on November 18, 2025, at a suggested retail price of $14.99 in the USA, this expansion introduces Drifter as a playable character in 3D with her Brawler-Support kit.

Drifter's abilities are powered by Scrap Junk, a unique resource generated by attacking enemies. Players can now utilize new features such as the Junk Cube, an unlockable secondary attack that creates a large cube of Junk for 400% damage, which explodes for 800% damage after three hits. Additionally, Repossess allows players to pick up and throw various objects, dealing additional damage based on the object's mass.

Salvage is another special ability that generates temporary items when the Junk meter reaches 80% full. These items can be shared with teammates, adding a new layer of strategy to gameplay.

The expansion also introduces Temporary Items, a new item type obtainable through Salvage and other methods, providing players with unique ways to enhance their gameplay experience.

While Alloyed Collective is set to arrive on November 18 for most platforms, the Nintendo Switch version will follow later due to additional improvements needed before release.
