RuneScape: Dragonwilds - A New Chapter Begins on October 02, 2025

On the forgotten continent of Ashenfall in RuneScape, a new adventure awaits as dragons have awoken. Players are invited to gather, build, skill, and craft to survive in this cooperative survival crafting game, where only by mastering survival and uncovering ancient secrets can they hope to slay the Dragon Queen-alone or with allies.
Highlights of this update include:
- 45 minutes of new music
- Two new languages: Portuguese (Brazil) & Spanish (Latin America)
- New Ranged skill tree up to Level 50 with Spectral Arrow, Snare, and Hunter Sense abilities
- Crossbows and craftable bolts introduced following community feedback
- Trick Shots feature added for both Bows and Crossbows
- Fletching Bench introduced for crafting projectiles
- RuneScape Hitsplats implemented with visual indicators for critical strikes and resistances
- New Cooking Skill features including Stone Range, new foods, burning mechanic, and composting potential
- Creative Mode released allowing unrestricted building without costs or threats
- Custom World Settings added with over 40 adjustable options
- Multiplayer protections introduced including buildable totems, gravestone loot protection, and chest privacy settings
- Controller Support Alpha release with rebinding capabilities and UI improvements
- Character saves doubled from 4 to 8
- New enemy types teased for Fellhollow update
Bug fixes include UI and QOL fixes implemented, with a known issue with the L key on Keyboard and Mouse being investigated for resolution.
