Satisfactory Update Brings Performance Improvements and Bug Fixes
October 7, 2025 - The popular factory-building game Satisfactory has released a significant update today, addressing various performance issues and introducing new features to enhance gameplay. Players can now enjoy optimized spline collision handling for Conveyor Belts, Pipelines, and Hypertubes, which improves performance and reduces memory usage. This update is part of the Experimental branch and includes potential changes that could affect Singleplayer and Multiplayer/Dedicated Server environments.
In addition to the performance improvements, Satisfactory has introduced Steam Deck controller support with verified functionality for the Server Manager. Players can now use the in-built controls during setup elements or opt for external controllers if preferred. The update also fixes several bugs reported by players, including an achievement issue that affected non-English languages and crashes related to loading saves containing Conveyor Belts built by blueprint auto-connect from 1.1 Experimental.
Players are encouraged to provide feedback on any unexpected behavior post-update through the official QA Site. For more details about the update, please visit the Steam Community Announcement page: Satisfactory Update Details.
