Solitairica New Release: Enhanced Features and Bug Fixes Announced
October 02, 2025 - Today, we are thrilled to announce the latest update for Solitairica, bringing a wealth of enhancements, translations, and bug fixes to players worldwide. This new release not only refines the game's core mechanics but also introduces several quality-of-life improvements that cater to both casual and hardcore fans.
With this update, Solitairica undergoes a total engine overhaul, ensuring smoother performance and better maintainability for future updates. Players can now enjoy the game in multiple languages, with translations available into German, Spanish, and French, making the experience more inclusive and accessible to a broader audience.
Additionally, we have introduced support for gamepad and SteamDeck, allowing players to immerse themselves in Solitairica's unique blend of RPG combat and solitaire gameplay on their preferred devices. The visual experience has been elevated with proper widescreen background art and a fresh new title screen and menu design, providing a cleaner and more polished interface.
Several user experience improvements have been implemented to enhance the overall gameplay. These include a new UI for shop/map mode, inventory grid, hourglass, and battle buttons, along with more detailed information in the help screen accessible from the map. For those who prefer quieter gameplay, Kismet voiceovers have been shortened and can now be muted through the settings.
Bug fixes are a significant part of this update, addressing various issues that were reported by our dedicated community. Notably, the Insight spell now correctly reveals a single random face-down card, X-ray glasses reveal extra cards at the start of battle rather than continuously, and Spectacles now reflect the blocked stun effect. Additionally, several adjustments have been made to attack bonuses, Wildstone costs, and the distribution ofWildstone cards in battles and emperor encounters for better balance.
